It's Our Story and We're Sticking to It!
Mrs. Angela McCullough was the first to become interested in Agricultural Education. After attending the Ag in the Classroom Workshop, for teachers across the state of Pennsylvania, Mrs. McCullough was selected as the Agricultural Teacher of the Year for the state. Upon returning to school the following year, she shared her information about Ag in the Classroom at one of our faculty meetings. The following summer, Ms. Shawn Dzielawa attended the same workshop at Pennsylvania State University. Let's just say, we were hooked! From there on out, Angela kept trying new ideas and encouraged me to do so as well. Thanks to Angela's enthusiasm and her willingness to be a mentor, here we are today. Both attendees of past Ag in the Classroom National Conventions, we could not be more thrilled to share some of the things we have done in the classroom with our peers. Here we are today, Two Ag Teachers in the Classroom.
